Transfer Station

The Casco Township Transfer Station is located at: 69th Street, 1/4 mile north
of 103rd Ave

Open Hours:
Saturdays 8am - 2pm.

2024 Dump Cards were mailed with you tax bill. If you haven't received yours, please give the treasurer's office a call at 269-637-4441 Ext. 2 or 3.

Thank you to everyone who has followed the website and followed our rules the previous Saturdays. We will expand our activities for next Saturday, May 30th.
We realize not everyone sees this message and we will continue to educate patrons verbally with the goal of everyone knowing the rules soon.

Given the extended Stay-at-Home order, the Transfer Station will be open to Transfer Station card holders. Our goal is to provide a quick way for you to safely dispose of household waste.

We will allow normal use of your Transfer Station Card. For continued safety we will ask you to show your card and punch your card as directed by our attendant.

All garbage must be bagged including contents from burning barrels. This is to eliminate blowing trash at the Transfer Station and along the roadside. We will accept tires, appliances, metal, and electronics. We will continue tio allow one vehicle at a time to dump garbage, so we ask for your cooperation and patience.

In addition, we will allow you to use your Free Day option for one load. Larger items can be dumped but anything that will blow must be bagged. You must show your card and punch it yourself in front of the attendant. We will record your name for our records.

Also, we will accept recycling material (collapsed cardboard, cans, glass, and plastic). This material is to be dumped loosely (not bagged) into the trailer. We will again only allow one car at a time to be parked at the recycling trailer or at the wall for dumping trash.
